Similar to the traditional wine cask, The Village Press "Bag ‘n Box" Olive Oil product has several important aspects including;
- No Glass - Food Safety requirements of commercial kitchen adhered to.
- No sunlight penetration of the olive oil - Maintains the oil quality.
- No air oxidizing the partially used olive oil contents - As the bag simply collapses in on itself, not allowing any air to mix with the olive oil.
- No drip tap -
- All made of food grade materials.
- Operated by twisting the handle so the flow rate can be set exactly as you want.
- Ideal for cooking methods that require slow addition of olive oil, for example in making Hollandaise sauce.
