Similar to the traditional wine cask, The Village Press "Bag ‘n Box" Olive Oil product has several important aspects including;

  • No Glass - Food Safety requirements of commercial kitchen adhered to. 
  • No sunlight penetration of the olive oil - Maintains the oil quality.
  • No air oxidizing the partially used olive oil contents - As the bag simply collapses in on itself, not allowing any air to mix with the olive oil.
  • No drip tap -

    • Operated by twisting the handle so the flow rate can be set exactly as you want.
    • Ideal for cooking methods that require slow addition of olive oil, for example in making Hollandaise sauce.
