Crostini with pesto, tomato and mozzarella cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 x French Stick
  • Basil Pesto
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Fresh Tomatoes
  • The Village Press Olive Oil

 

Method: 

Cut the french stick into 2cm rounds.  Add a dollop of pesto, a slice of fresh tomato, a slice of fresh mozzarella and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.  Place into a hot oven for 5-10 minutes till the Mozzarella is slightly melted and golden brown on top - delicious!
